The unannounced epidemic in front of us is poor leadership... or, more accurately, untrained leadership.

Simply stated, my passion is investing in and developing leaders to become the best version of themselves. To help them become a become a positive topic of conversation at the dinner tables of their direct an indirect teams 

I have had the fortune of being a leader for over 22 years of my career primarily in the hospital and MedTech space and I've had my own fair share of good and bad leaders.

After experiencing the later several times in my career, I decided it was time to help address our pandemic of below average leadership and dedicate my time and energy to helping those who want to level up their skills.
